What’s in store for Caffeinated Chapters// Coffee Break

When I started this blog in 2017, I wanted to share my journey as an au pair. And I did. Most of those posts are on private now (as they were more journal entries than anything else), but you can still find a section on here with tips for au pairs.

It’s been over a year now that I’ve decided I wanted to move in a different direction with my blog, creating more lifestyle content. Which is what I have been doing. But most of the posts on this blog feel a bit too generic for me. While I always write them based on stuff that’s going on in my own life, I haven’t really been sharing my life.

There is, of course, a limit to how much I’m going to want to share with the world. But I feel like I could definitely get a bit more personal on this small part of the internet I get to call my own.

trying to get the camera to focus and accidentally taking a picture

I’ve been doing some research to find out what kind of posts I can write to show you more of who I am and what my life is like.

And that’s basically what’s going to happen with Caffeinated Chapters. I’ll still be creating content similar to what I’ve been doing, but I also want to show you guys more of who I am. There will be more photos, more small anecdotes about my life, and more… Me.

This post is the first official Coffee Break – a series where I’ll be talking about what is going on in my life as if we’re friends sitting in a cafe and enjoying a coffee. I have put a few old posts under this category as well as they seemed to fit.

In the spirit of getting more personal, I’d also like to do a Q&A soon. If you have any questions you’d like to ask me, please leave them down below!

(This week there will be an extra post on Friday, since I have a lot of autumn content that I want to share!)

It’s going to be 3 years, and I am definitely thinking on what way to take my blog.

I love the direction that your blog is taking! I am at a crossroads with mine as well, where I am trying to figure out where I want to take it. You have to do what feels right for you, and your people will find you!

If it serves your life’s desires, you can do anything your soul feels like doing. I like your posts, and feel that they already are personable and very interesting.
